I look for companies that have recently announced funding, using public sources such as funding announcements and company websites. When I find one, I run a preliminary trademark search on the company name and send the results. That is how I found you, and it is the only reason you are hearing from me.

Yes, and it stays yours whether or not we ever speak. No signup, no form, no sequence to escape from. I give it away because it is the fastest honest way to show what the work looks like.

None in the sense of hidden cost. The commercial logic is simple: some founders read the report, decide the name is worth protecting, and hire me to file. Most do not, and that is fine.

The search and the report are generated automatically, which is what makes it possible to offer them free. Every email is reviewed before it is sent, and replies come to me directly.

The report is the search. Filing is a separate decision made afterward, and plenty of people take the report and go no further.

Then you are in better shape than most companies I look at, and the report will usually show it. If it shows something you did not expect, that is worth a conversation.

Short version on price: the Trademark Launch Kit is a $995 flat attorney fee covering a knockout and full clearance search, attorney review and a strategy call, and USPTO filing for one mark in up to three classes. USPTO government fees are separate and billed at cost, $350 per class, per mark.
